About
I am an anthropologist and cultural historian whose research interest is in religious experience in Asia, particularly Catholicism in the Philippines. I am currently a lecturer in religious studies, politics, and research methodology at the Department of Southeast Asian Studies at the National University of Singapore. Concurrently, I hold a visiting fellowship at the Asia Research Institute's Religion and Globalisation in Asian Contexts Cluster.
